Why is thriving in the workplace such a challenge?
For BIPOC folks, part of the answer lies in the chronic societal stressors they encounter both in and out of the workplace and the profound impact those stressors have on health and well-being.
We believe that if our companies were to have a greater understanding of the long-term and serious mental and health impacts of racism and sexism on their team members, they will take that into account in how they shape organizational culture, and consider health and well-being opportunities.
