Black women who believe that their compensation is fair relative to similar roles at their organization

There is one toolkit in this module.

Centering Black Women's Pay: A Practical Guide to Addressing Intersectional Pay Gaps

Black women face a pay gap that stems from both race and gender, compounding the effects of both. Approaches that focus only on gender or race leave Black women out. Gender-based policies often benefit white women, while race-based programs typically address Black men.

Goals

  • Identify pay gaps within the organization, particularly for Black women.

  • Create a plan to address wage gaps.

  • Bring policies surrounding compensation up to date with your new plan.
